The role involves:

• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Preventing and deterring unauthorized access to non-public areas.
• Conducting security patrols as per instructions.
• Performing locking/unlocking duties.
• Assisting employees and visitors with concerns.
• Managing equipment according to procedures.
• Supporting and safeguarding staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Ensuring proper accreditation and clear walkways.
• Responding to fire and intruder alarms.
• Reporting property risks and incidents.
• Investigating suspicious activities and incidents.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Escalating emergencies to law enforcement when necessary.

Minimum requirements include:

• Valid Door Supervisor SIA Licence.
• Willingness to work Relief/Ad-Hoc hours on short notice.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar security role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history per BS7858 standards.
