The Opportunity

As a Health and Safety Manager, you will lead the site’s health and safety agenda, ensuring compliance with standards and embedding safety into our workplace culture. You will provide technical guidance, drive proactive measures, and engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve top-tier health and safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve health and safety objectives and targets
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and industry best practices
• Lead incident investigations and oversee corrective actions
• Collaborate with senior management and operational teams to promote safety and sustainability
• Maintain relationships with external regulators and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and stay updated with legislation

The Ideal Candidate

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), IEMA Associate Certificate, and ideally CMIOSH
• 3-5 years in a health and safety role, preferably in manufacturing

• Proactive, collaborative, confident, results-driven
