Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's environmental plan.
  • Conduct environmental audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and promote resource efficiency.
  • Engage employees through training and awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate environmental considerations.
  • Serve as the lead for HSE governance within the ITF.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and wellbeing standards and legislation.
  • Participate in strategic projects, ensuring HSE considerations are integrated.
  • Use data analytics to monitor HSE project metrics.
  • Guide best practices in HSE management during project reviews.
  • Oversee vendor testing to meet HSE standards.
  • Coach vendors on health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
  • Work with suppliers to develop environmental management systems.
  • Implement continuous improvement programs with vendors.
About You

We seek a team-oriented, decisive, and adaptable individual with a proactive approach to health and safety compliance. You should have knowledge of health and safety legislation and environmental risks.

Preferred Qualifications (not essential):

  • NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health and/or Environment.
  • Experience handling health, safety incidents, and activities.
