In this role, you will manage HSEQ processes, coordinate HSEQ matters to ensure standards are met, act as a subject matter expert on HSEQ IMS, assist with issues, deliver training, implement continuous improvements, and ensure accurate recording of non-conformities, hazards, accidents, and incidents.

This position suits someone with HSEQ experience in an engineering, industrial, or manufacturing environment seeking further training, development, progression, and benefits.

The Role:

1. Manage HSEQ processes and coordinate HSEQ matters across the site.
2. Support continuous improvement of HSEQ processes.
3. Monitor, report, and analyze HSEQ statistics.
4. Conduct risk assessments and HAZIDS.
5. Deliver HSEQ training to staff.

The Candidate:

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in H&S and/or quality within an engineering, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
2. Qualified auditor capable of leading internal, supplier, and third-party audits.
3. NEBOSH Certificate.
4. Lead Auditor in at least one ISO standard (9001, 14001, 45001) with internal auditor qualifications for others.
5. Tech IOSH Membership or equivalent, CQI Membership, IEMA Membership, or working towards.
