Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Southern in Southampton is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to oversee safety across multiple projects in the South Coast. You will drive standards and ensure regulatory compliance on sites valued up to £100m, covering healthcare, education, MOJ & MOD sectors.

The role requires NEC/ISO knowledge, NEBOSH Diploma, and IOSH membership, with opportunity to contribute across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire & Surrey. Competitive salary and comprehensive package offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting Health & Safety delivery within construction
• Strong understanding & knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001
• NEBOSH Diploma & IOSH Membership is desirable

• Drive and implement Health & Safety Standards and best practice throughout sites and the wider business.
• Responsible for monitoring compliance in line with legal, client and company requirements
• Regularly conduct site inspections and providing support, knowledge and preventative measures.

Health & Safety Advisor

Experienced Health & Safety Advisor required in the South Coast to join an industry leading Tier 1 Contractor as they expand their existing Health & Safety team. As Health & Safety Advisor you will work across an array of projects across the Commercial sector, including Health Care, Education, MOJ & MOD on projects valuing up to £100m.

About the role of Health & Safety Advisor

As Health & Safety Advisor you will oversee up to 8 projects throughout the region, covering across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire & Surrey. Preferably you will have experience within a main contractor and previous involvement working on similar value schemes.
