Job summary
Village Hotels - Leeds North is seeking a hands-on Leisure Club Manager to keep our clubs running smoothly alongside the Leisure Club Manager. You will lead a team of fitness staff, ensure members receive outstanding service and oversee efficient gym operations.
You will drive engaging classes, coordinate group exercise timetables, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering value through innovative training programs and cutting-edge fitness tech.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management experience in fitness/club environments.
- Ability to motivate staff and deliver high-quality fitness classes.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving.
- Experience with group exercise scheduling and health & safety standards.
- Familiarity with fitness tech such as Myzone/Mywellness.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise freelance group exercise staff to deliver high-quality classes.
- Motivate teams, manage fitness journey delivery and personal training.
- Schedule and coordinate group exercise timetable.
- Uphold health and safety standards and cost control.
- Support members and guests to ensure high satisfaction.
