Job summary

Village Hotel Club is seeking a friendly fitness hospitality enthusiast to join our Leisure Club team. You will welcome newcomers with gym orientations and inductions, help members achieve their goals, and deliver engaging fitness classes.

You'll keep the club pristine by monitoring the pool area and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, while coaching, cleaning or coordinating a class as needed. DBS checks apply and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness, with a smile and ability to talk to everyone, building relationships with gym members.
• The ability to deliver outstanding customer service, leading to exceptional member satisfaction.
• Solutions orientated with an eye for spotting issues before they happen.
• Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers safe.

Responsibilities

• Introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions.
• Deliver some of our leading fitness classes.
• Monitor the pool area and maintain first-class cleanliness to keep the club in tip-top shape.
• Assist in coaching, cleaning or coordinating a class as needed.
