Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa in Thame, just outside Oxford, is looking for a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2. You will welcome guests, assist with health club bookings and memberships, and carry out gym inductions for new members while helping maintain the highest standards in the spa and public areas.

The job is based at a 4*, 154-bedroom property with Spires restaurant and bar, and a leisure complex including a gym, pool and sauna.

What will I do?

Welcome and greet guests, make health club bookings, support with membership sales and enquires, carry out daily checks and conduct gym inductions for all new members and regular gym re-assessments as part of the health club retention strategy. You’ll be required to support with the cleanliness of the health club and spa areas ensuring all public areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Is this the role for me?

Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2
qualification as a minimum, or equivalent would be preferred

Spa Opening Times: Monday - Sunday 10:00am - 18:00pm
Health Club Opening Times: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 20:30pm | Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 19:00pm
