Health and Social Care Tutor / Trainer (Short Courses)

Remote, with occasional classroom-based delivery

Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 + bonus potential

Type:

Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Health and Social Care qualification.
• Must hold a Level 3 or above Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET) or equivalent.
• Must have experience working within Health and Social Care.
• Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award; however, upskilling can be provided.
• Experience with online and group-based training delivery of short courses.
• Flexibility with travel.

Duties:

• Deliver accredited pre-employment qualifications to aspiring Health and Social Care workers.
• Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews.
• Embed Maths, English, and ICT skills into your delivery.
• Develop tailored training and workshops, adopting a personalized approach for individuals needing additional support.
• Support, advise, and motivate learners.
