Salary: Up to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.

We offer an exciting career in Safety & Security working for a leading hotel chain.

This full-time position reports to the Hotel’s Director of Operations and is guided by qualified Safety & Security professionals within Hilton.

Your responsibilities include occupational health and safety, fire safety, food safety, crisis management, environmental protection, and disability compliance.

What will I be doing?

50%

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements
• Develop and review safety and security plans for the hotel
• Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses
• Advise management on health, safety, fire, disability, and environmental issues
• Comment on changes to hotel systems related to safety and security
• Assist in implementing policies to comply with UK regulations
• Support management with liability claims to minimize costs
• Provide health and safety, fire safety, food safety, and disability training

• Liaise with enforcement authorities on safety matters
• Assist security team with threat response
• Follow up on audit programs for compliance
• Build partnerships with department heads

• Lead safety and security initiatives from corporate
• Support safety measures during large events
• Ensure legal compliance across safety areas
• Stay updated on legislation and develop professionally
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions
• Enforce policies to improve hotel operations
