We are offering an exciting career in Safety & Security working for a leading hotel chain.

This full-time role reports to the Hotel’s Director of Operations and is supported by qualified Safety & Security professionals.

Your responsibilities include occupational health and safety, fire safety, food safety, crisis management, environmental protection, and disability compliance.

What will I be doing?

1. 50%: Conduct inspections, develop safety plans, review risk assessments, advise management, handle guest complaints, implement procedures, manage claims, and train staff in safety protocols.
2. 35%: Liaise with enforcement authorities, support security responses, ensure audit compliance, and build departmental partnerships.
3. 15%: Lead safety & security initiatives, assist with large events, ensure legal compliance, stay updated on legislation, assess performance, and enforce policies.

• Proficiency with computer programs for reports and correspondence
• Qualifications and experience in health and safety or environmental health discipline
