Equans is looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time, onsite role working 37.5 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary, a company car or allowance, bonus, and benefits package.
The role's purpose is to provide guidance and leadership to ensure that contracts in the Technical Services (TS) division meet statutory safety and environmental requirements, and to support responsible business initiatives.
This role will identify and implement solutions to improve operational safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) in assigned contracts. Working closely with operational teams, Responsible Business, CDM, and SHEQ Solutions teams, this role will help embed SHEQ objectives and culture within sites and contracts at a regional level.
