Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kenilworth for a Health and Safety Advisor. The Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health and safety policies, conducting safety training sessions, performing accident investigations, and ensuring occupational health standards are met. Daily tasks involve monitoring compliance with safety regulations, advising on safety improvements, and maintaining environment health and safety (EHS) standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health
• Experience in Accident Investigation and Safety Training
• Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in health and safety are a plus
• A degree in a related field is preferred
