Job Description

£32,000 to £38,000 plus MJ Quinn vehicle

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Field Based, with frequent travel across the Midlands

At MJ Quinn, we have an exciting opportunity for a HSQE Advisor to join our team. This role is field-based with regular site visits across the Midlands.

About the role:

We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support our OSA contract. You will report directly to the HSQE Manager and help foster a proactive safety culture.

You will provide technical guidance, advice, and assurance on HSQE matters to support effective risk management at our telecoms service delivery sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive and professional image of the department by adhering to policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports to ensure timely actions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop working practices and procedures.
  • Provide expert HSQE advice, monitoring, assurance, and support to employees and subcontractors.
  • Identify options and recommend remedial and preventative actions to ensure compliance with MJ Quinn IMS, legislation, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HSQE Advisor.
  • HSQE qualification.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Certificate in Construction Safety or equivalent.
