What will you be doing as our Senior Health and Safety Advisor?

• Help teams develop strong, consistent safety behaviors aligned with our Safer Every Day principles.
• Build open, collaborative environments that promote wellbeing and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and assurance visits to uphold high standards.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, from orientation to on-site briefings.
• Measure impact and foster continuous improvement across projects.
• Share best practices and support innovation across the alliance.

Your skills, experience, and behaviors:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate and Tech IOSH (or higher) membership.
• A valid CSCS Safety Professional card.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—trusted, respected, and supportive.
• A full UK driving license for site visits.
