You will lead health and safety contractual service visits, providing documentation, advice, and support as needed. The department seeks hardworking professionals with high technical knowledge and experience, capable of building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality, cost-effective consultancy services.

Ideally, you will hold a degree or diploma and be at GradIOSH or CMIOSH level.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Conduct professional visits to clients, ensuring compliance with policies, PPE use, and communication standards.
2. Visit clients in person to support and advise where necessary.
3. Investigate incidents and accidents, recommending preventative measures.
4. Perform health and safety audits at client premises according to protocols and SLAs.
5. Prepare and submit reports and related documentation as required.
6. Advise clients on health and safety management systems and technical documents.
7. Act as the client's primary H&S contact to streamline processes and address queries.
8. Provide guidance on health and safety standards and best practices.
9. Manage time effectively to deliver efficient services.
10. Attend meetings and training to maintain professional development.
11. Maintain company vehicle in good condition.
12. Support clients during crisis situations as needed.
