Shirley Parsons is seeking a proactive Health and Safety Advisor to support a leading M&E and construction business across the Midlands. The role requires knowledge of health and safety in construction, with desirable M&E experience, and offers breadth across diverse sites and projects.

You will conduct daily H&S inspections, develop RAMS and toolbox talks, provide on-site guidance to managers and operatives, investigate incidents, and promote a strong safety culture.

Qualificações

• NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) or equivalent.
• Experience in construction required; experience in M&E highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily H&S inspections across various construction projects.

• Provide practical, on-site advice to site managers, supervisors, and operatives.
• Support investigations for accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Deliver safety briefings and training sessions when required.
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation including CDM Regulations.
• Promote and strengthen a positive safety culture across all projects.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Health and Safety Advisor to support a leading M&E and construction business across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop further within the industry, with the opportunity to support a growing organisation across a diverse range of projects and environments. M&E experience is desirable, however, knowledge and understanding of health and and safety within a construction setting is essential.

• Confident in working in a multi-site role
