Kinora Group in London is seeking a confident and experienced Head Waiter to lead from the floor in a high-end dining environment. You will set the standard for service, mentor junior staff and ensure guests enjoy a flawless dining experience.

You will oversee sections, guide guests through menus with confident recommendations, and collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen to maintain timing, quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a senior front-of-house role in a Michelin-starred restaurant or comparable high-end venue.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, etiquette and sequence of service.
• Confident knowledge of food and beverage with a willingness to learn.
• Polished floor presence, composed under pressure, guest-facing.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced Head Waiter to join our team. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will lead from the floor, setting the standard for service and delivering an exceptional dining experience to a discerning clientele in a high-end environment.
