Job summary

The Savill Garden Kitchen, Windsor Great Park, operated by Benugo, is seeking an experienced Head Waiter to lead the restaurant floor and support the management team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Role requires hands-on leadership, passion for hospitality, and a commitment to high service standards. Competitive rate (£15.50/hour + tips) with shifts 3–5 days per week, including weekends. Opportunities to develop within a fast-growing, prestigious client list.

Qualifications

• Experience leading from the floor in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and knowledge sharing with guests and kitchen/management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant floor during busy services and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Coach, support and motivate the waiting team to maintain high standards.
• Allocate sections and assist in organising the restaurant floor for optimal service.
• Take orders and serve food and drinks to a high standard.
• Develop menu/product knowledge and confidently share with guests.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and management for efficient service.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and support resolution of issues.
• Maintain restaurant standards, cleanliness and presentation at all times.
• Support management with team briefings and training of new members.
• Ensure food safety and health and safety standards are followed.
