Job summary

Benugo Limited, at The Savill Garden Kitchen in Windsor Great Park, seeks an experienced Head Waiter to lead the restaurant floor and support the management team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This hands-on role requires leading by example, delivering warm, friendly service, and developing strong product knowledge to inform guests. The position offers full-time or part-time contracts with 3–5 shifts per week and generous tips.

• Leading the restaurant floor during busy services.
• Delivering exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Supporting, coaching and motivating the waiting team.
• Allocating sections and organising the restaurant floor.
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks to a high standard.
• Developing strong menu knowledge and sharing it confidently with guests.
• Working closely with kitchen and management to ensure efficient service.
• Handling guest feedback professionally and resolving issues.
• Ensuring restaurant standards, cleanliness and presentation are maintained.
