Benugo, at The Savill Garden Kitchen, Windsor Great Park, seeks a Head Waiter to lead the restaurant floor and support management in delivering memorable hospitality. The role is hands-on, focused on service excellence, staff coaching, and guest satisfaction.

Shifts include 3-5 days across seven days and weekends, with a base rate of £15.50 per hour plus tips. Full-time or part-time contracts are offered, in a venue known for seasonal British cuisine and locally sourced ingredients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Head Waiter / Senior Waiter or supervisory Front of House experience is advantageous.
• You will be confident leading from the floor and maintaining high service standards during busy periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead the restaurant floor during busy services ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Coach and motivate the waiting team and allocate sections.
