Benugo Limited is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at Savill Kitchen within Savill Garden, Great Windsor Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high customer service standards and managing a high volume restaurant.
This full-time, permanent role involves working every Saturday and Sunday. The candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management and the ability to lead a team while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of customer experience.
- Improve sales through staff training and efficient processes.
- Lead marketing efforts to generate new customers.
- Support farm to fork plans and lead Summer Festival of Food.
- Handle customer complaints effectively.
- Manage team performance through evaluations and training.
- Deputise for the GM when required.
- Ensure Food and Health & Safety standards are maintained.
