Maison Estelle, part of Ennismore, is a private members' club in a Georgian townhouse in Mayfair, delivering personalised service with discretion. We seek front-of-house colleagues who can create memorable dining experiences for members and their guests.

You will know every dish, assist with mise en place, oversee service during your shift, and support training with the management team. A genuine hospitality passion and flexible availability are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional dining experience for members and their guests.
• Be fully conversant with every dish and provide explanations.
• Assist with mise en place and task distribution to ensure timely completion.
• Take responsibility for service in your area during your shift.
• Support management in training programmes and SOPs.
• Advise guests with allergies or dietary needs and liaise with kitchen/bar teams.
• Support, train, and develop new colleagues.
• Upsell additional products in a subtle, conversational way.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders using the till system.
• Check dishes and utensils for cleanliness and presentation, report issues.
• Present the bill and process payments.
• Arrange table settings and maintain tidy dining area.

Who are we?

Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

£41,850 per annum - comprising a base salary of £28,537, plus a qualified estimate of £13,312 in gratuities and service charge.

What you will do

• Creating an exceptional dining experience for members and their guests.
• Being fully conversant with every dish served in our members club and providing explanations as requested.
• Assisting with mise en place through distribution of tasks and to ensure the monitoring and completion of tasks are done properly and in time allocated.
• Taking responsibility for service in the area of the restaurant under your responsibility during your shift.
• Assisting the management team and their assistants in the preparation and presentation of training programmes, briefings and SOP’s.
• Being competent in advising guests with food allergies or dietaries by liaising with the kitchen and bar teams and ensuring the order is processed correctly, ensuring this is communicated to all relevant staff and departments and member profile is updated with the relevant information.
• Supporting, training, and developing any new colleagues and making them feel welcome.
• Up-selling additional products as and when appropriate in a subtle and conversational manner.
• Taking accurate food and drinks orders, using our till system, ordering slips or by memorisation as appropriate.
• Checking dishes and dining utensils for cleanliness and presentation and reporting any problems to the culinary and management teams.
• Presenting the bill and processing payments in line with our standards and SOP’s.
• Arranging table settings and maintaining a tidy dining area.

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience in a luxury/lifestyle multi‑outlet food and beverage operation.
• Stays up to date with current hospitality food trends and best practices.
• Must be able to work flexibly including evenings and weekends due to the operational hours of the club.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and being front of house building relationships with our members.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
