The Cinnamon Collection in London is seeking a Head Waiter to lead the front-of-house team and deliver impeccable service in a vibrant, contemporary Indian dining environment.

You will inspire staff, manage bookings, train juniors, and ensure high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction across our restaurants. This is a role within BRG's reputation for hospitality excellence.

Your Role

• Lead with Excellence: As a Head Waiter, you’ll be responsible for delivering first-class service while overseeing the wait staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Your leadership will inspire the team to go above and beyond for every guest.
• Enhance the Guest Experience: With your deep knowledge of our menu and passion for hospitality, you’ll provide personalised recommendations, manage special requests, and ensure every guest leaves delighted.
• Support Front-of-House Operations: You’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service, manage bookings, and handle any guest issues swiftly and professionally.
• Mentor the Team: You’ll train and coach junior wait staff, sharing your expertise in customer service, menu knowledge, and operational efficiency.
• Uphold High Standards: You’ll ensure that service runs smoothly, from setting tables to managing guest flow, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
