Hand Picked Hotels Ltd in Jersey seeks a motivated Head Spa Therapist for Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa. You will lead the Spa Therapists, ensure exceptional service, and inspire confidence in delivering treatments.

This full-time role offers a competitive rate of £15.93 per hour plus commission on retail and treatments, 5 days a week (weekends on rota), live-in accommodation available for a weekly charge, and extensive colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Current UK beauty therapy level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Ability to carry out all spa treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments (gel nails).
• Experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.

What will the role involve?

As a Head Spa Therapist, you will help support the team of Spa Therapists, making sure that they feel valued, engaged and ready to consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.

Nurturing and inspiring others to deliver outstanding Spa treatments and develop their knowledge to ensure they feel confident in delivering positive recommendations for our guests.

Mindfulness and well-being is your top priority, so you will be passionate about maintaining high standards and delivering memorable guest experiences to ensure that all clients leave feeling on top of the world and with a clear mind.

You will be helping to lead the team in the effective delivery of department goals, planning and organising work activities, seeking to continuously improve ways of working and engaging the team to do the same.

Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

• You will have passion and pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised service to ensure our guests experiences are memorable.
• It is essential you have current UK beauty therapy level 3 Qualifications (or equivalent), and are confident in demonstrating these skills, able to carry out all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments including gel nail application. Ideally trained in using Elemis product house and Comfort Zone.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, working in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment is required for this role.
