Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Receptionist at Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa in St Helier, Jersey. The full-time, temporary role runs October to February, 5 days a week, 40 hours. Salary £14.32 per hour plus service charge and benefits.

You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and work closely with the Front Office team to deliver personalised luxury service. Live-in accommodation is available for £100 per week where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable guest experiences at reception and handle check-in/out.
• Assist guests with inquiries and reservations and work with the Front Office team to deliver consistent service.

What will the role involve?

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
