Job summary

Bespoke Hotels seeks a dynamic Head Therapist to oversee a newly renovated luxury spa. You will lead the team, manage training, health & safety, and target achievement while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leadership in a spa environment, beauty therapy credentials, and the ability to drive sales and maintain high service standards. Training on Elemis products is available and careers progress within Bespoke.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a spa setting.
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Experience with Elemis products and treatments preferred or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate client consultations and contraindication checks.
• Set monthly rotas and manage bookings and schedules.
• Drive revenue through retail and treatment sales.
• Coach team members to deliver high service standards.

Head Therapist

We are seeking a highly dynamic & motivated Head therapist to support in overseeing our recently renovated and refurbished luxury Spa facility. You will assist in ensuring our new Spa facility operates to the highest of standard. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, along with strong sales management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will support the manager with professionalism and provide effective management to your team with regards to training, Health & Safety and meeting agreed targets.

• Your responsibilities will include managing staff and the daily operation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
• You will manage client consultation forms to highlight any contraindications, ensuring the well-being of our guests prior and post treatment.
• Set monthly rotas and manage the booking system to reflect this.
• Monitor bookings and adjust the rota as required.
• You will assist in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through retail sales and treatments.
• Conduct stock take and ensure products are accounted for.
• Lead by example and carry out treatments when required.
• Coach and mentor your team members to drive business.
• Handle customer inquiries & complaints promptly and with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a position of responsibility within the Spa industry.
• Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy
• Previous experience in ELEMIS products and treatments is highly desirable, however not essential as training will be provided.
