We’re looking for a warm, polished, and confident Reception Manager who loves delivering outstanding guest experiences and thrives in a professional, heritage-rich setting. Located on the banks of the River Thames and just steps from Windsor Castle, this hotel exudes energy and elegance. Guests from around the world visit to enjoy the town’s royal heritage, riverside walks, and cocktails on the hotel’s beautiful terrace overlooking the water. The ideal Reception Manager will possess confidence and charm, delivering service to the highest standards.
Location: Windsor, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Berkshire
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per year (dependent on experience)

What we’re looking for:
A natural leader with previous reception or front office management experience in a hotel setting
A passion for hospitality and a warm, welcoming personality
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Confidence with systems, rotas, team training, and guest feedback management
Someone proud to be the face of the hotel, ideally familiar with the local area
Good knowledge of the English language (additional languages are a plus!)
