Reception Manager – Iconic Hotel – Windsor | £28,000–£30,000 (Mix of Early and Late Shifts)

Are you ready to take the lead at the front desk of a truly iconic, traditional British hotel nestled in the heart of historic Windsor?

We’re looking for a warm, polished, and confident Reception Manager who loves delivering outstanding guest experiences and thrives in a professional, heritage-rich setting. Located on the banks of the River Thames and just steps from Windsor Castle, this hotel exudes energy and elegance. Guests from around the world visit to enjoy the town’s royal heritage, riverside walks, and cocktails on the hotel’s beautiful terrace overlooking the water. The ideal Reception Manager will possess confidence and charm, delivering service to the highest standards.

Location: Windsor, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Berkshire
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Setting: A stunning, traditional hotel with royal connections and timeless charm

  • A natural leader with previous reception or front office management experience in a hotel setting

  • Someone proud to be the face of the hotel, ideally familiar with the local area

  • Good knowledge of the English language (additional languages are a plus!)
