The Opportunity

Are you looking to develop your skill-set and join one of the fastest growing dental groups in the UK? We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head Receptionist to join our amazing team at our mixed NHS and private practice in Wellingborough.

Our Practice Team sits at the heart of our business, and we want everyone to feel as though their role is a vocation - not just a job.

Position Details

This is a full-time opportunity working:

  • Monday 09:30 - 18:30
  • Tuesday 08:00 - 17:00
  • Wednesday 09:30 - 18:30
  • Thursday 08:00 - 17:00
  • Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Main Goals and Responsibilities

Responsible for providing an excellent patient experience, maintaining a well-organized reception area, managing positive company cash accounts, and building a wide patient base. You will also contribute to organizational, administrative, and professional responsibilities, always maintaining confidentiality.

Ensure dental appointments are booked and records are up-to-date. Help coordinate the dentist's schedule, ensuring the smooth running of the practice by following procedures, policies, and protocols.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to use and operate a computer-based system
  • Knowledge of working with systems is advantageous
