Picsart is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead our global user acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives. This role is critical in driving scalable and sustainable growth by leveraging data-driven strategies across multiple digital marketing channels. As a key leader within the marketing team, you will be responsible for optimizing performance campaigns, managing budgets efficiently, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and lifetime value.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for paid digital channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead and mentor a team of marketers, setting KPIs and ensuring strong execution
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights to maximize ROI
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth
- Partner with product, data, and creative teams to refine targeting and messaging
- Leverage A/B testing, CRO, and automation tools to scale and improve performance
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience scaling user acquisition in high-growth environments
- Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Sensor Tower
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and driving efficiency
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Good To Have
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or automation platforms
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and messaging experimentation
- Passion for digital innovation and staying ahead of trends
