Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft facilities management at the assigned UK location. You will manage the on-site Workplace team and specialist partners to provide a safe, compliant and hospitality-led workplace experience for colleagues, clients and visitors.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across security, cleaning, hospitality,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Facilities Management experience across hard and soft FM
• Minimum 3 years' leadership or management experience
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and supplier performance
• Strong understanding of workplace operations, health & safety, compliance and risk management
• Experience managing maintenance activities, facilities projects and workplace improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing Workplace team.
• Act as the visible workplace leader and primary contact for workplace services.
• Ensure a seamless, hospitality-led workplace experience for colleagues, visitors and clients.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support workplace experience initiatives.
