Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in London is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of the London workplace. You will drive delivery of integrated facilities, front-of-house, conference and meeting-room services while managing site performance, budgets and risk.

You will lead a on-site team and partners, shape the service culture, govern governance processes and ensure an exceptional client experience across a demanding corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Significant facilities management experience within a complex corporate office.
• Experience leading facilities or workplace teams with clear objectives and coaching.
• Proven track record managing senior client stakeholders and service-review forums.
• Budget ownership, forecasting and KPI delivery against SLAs.
• Evidence of leading operational improvement or workplace change.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational performance of the London workplace and mobilisations.
• Deliver integrated facilities, front-of-house and conference services.
• Develop and maintain the site operating plan and align resources to client needs.
• Lead workplace change, service improvements and risk management.
• Ensure site readiness for business demand and client visits.
• Set governance rhythms, track performance and drive improvements.
• Provide leadership and development for the on-site team and partners.
