Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a multi-disciplinary facilities team and external partners. You will ensure a hospitality-led, safe and compliant workplace experience for colleagues and clients, while managing budgets and KPIs across hard and soft FM services.

The role requires senior facilities management experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record in asset lifecycle planning and cost control.

Qualifications

• FM experience across hard and soft disciplines.
• 3+ years in a leadership/management role with people and performance remit.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers against KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance and risk management.
• Experience leading maintenance activities, projects and improvements.
• Experience managing operational budgets and supplier performance.
• Hospitality-led workplace service background and customer experience focus.
• Proven stakeholder management across organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Workplace team and be the on-site ambassador for workplace services.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of integrated facilities services; manage Front of House, Mailroom and Fabric Maintenance resources.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance across Security, Cleaning, Hospitality, M&E and Building Maintenance.
• Ensure statutory compliance and effective asset management with planned and reactive maintenance.
• Deliver safe, compliant, reliable services and drive continuous improvement.
