Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Workplace Experience Director to shape transformative workplace programmes and deliver exceptional experiences for clients, employees and visitors. You will lead across space, technology and services with visibility to senior leaders and the C-suite.

You will build year-on-year roadmaps, drive global implementation through regional teams, and develop KPIs to prove ROI while fostering inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years senior leadership experience in workplace services or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior levels.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in workplace transformation and change management across multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to align workplace transformation with client goals across account portfolio.
• Develop and rollout comprehensive Workplace Strategy and roadmaps for transformative programmes.
• Lead global programme implementation with regional delivery teams.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure performance, ROI, and employee wellbeing.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to achieve adoption across organisations.
