Job summary

Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Workforce Information & Analytics Lead to drive the service from data to insight and lead workforce reporting, planning, forecasting and modelling across the Trust. You will ensure data quality and translate evidence into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Workforce Information, Workforce Analytics or Workforce Planning in a medium to large organisation.
• Experience using ESR or an equivalent HR information system to extract, validate, analyse and interpret workforce information.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insight and recommendations for decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce information and analytics provision including reporting, planning, forecasting and establishment analysis.
• Develop dashboards, MI and self-service reporting with data quality and robust methodologies.
• Provide specialist analytical advice to senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and operations.
• Line manage the Workforce Information Officer and develop the analytics service.
