We seek a high-performing sales leader to drive our wholesale growth, profitability, and industry influence. You’ll shape strategy, secure high-value partnerships, and lead a dynamic sales team, ensuring we remain the go-to coffee supplier for the UK’s best hospitality brands.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive wholesale growth through strategic business development and key account management.
  • Own and build relationships with top-tier hospitality, QSR, and retail clients.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Ensure Origin is the first choice for premium coffee partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to refine strategy.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in senior sales leadership (ideally in specialitycoffee or premium F&B).
  • A strong network and commercial mindset to drive partnerships and revenue.
  • A track record of closing high-value contracts and scaling accounts.
