Ardent Management Limited seeks a Head of Strategic Growth for the Utilities sector to drive revenue, market share and client expansion across electricity, water, gas, hydrogen and carbon capture. Hybrid role based in Manchester with flexibility for Leeds or Birmingham.

You will build senior-level relationships, shape growth strategy with MDs and service teams, and represent Ardent at industry events to strengthen our position as a market-leading enabler in utilities.

Qualifikationen

• Strategic thinking and ability to develop sector growth strategies.
• Strong existing network across Utilities sector.
• Proven experience in building senior-level client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement growth strategies for electricity, water, gas, hydrogen and carbon capture sub-sectors.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across utilities.
• Collaborate with MDs and service delivery heads to align growth initiatives.
• Build relationships with utility providers, regulators, developers and partners.
• Represent Ardent at industry events to raise profile in utilities sector.
• Lead market analysis to identify trends and regulatory changes affecting utilities.
