Job summary

Pulsant is seeking a Head of Business Change to lead transformation across the Digital department. The role reports to the Chief Digital Officer and coordinates Business Analysis, Process Improvement and Project Delivery to deliver scalable change.

You will build a clear BC roadmap, prioritise initiatives by strategic value, and influence stakeholders across functions to align on outcomes and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing change and delivering process improvement in a technology/technical environment.
• Proven ability to gather, synthesise and prioritise requirements and build a roadmap from conception to adoption.
• Strong understanding of business change and portfolio management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Change agenda across people, process, systems and data.
• Build and communicate a clear BC roadmap with priorities, dependencies and outcomes.
• Represent the BC agenda at pillar boards, senior forums and working groups.
