Job summary

Page Group is seeking a Director of Technology and Business Change to define and deliver an IT and business transformation strategy in a purpose-led organisation. You will lead a capable team, ensuring stable IT services while driving cross-system improvements and data-enabled decision making to support frontline services and overall transformation.

The role requires senior leadership within complex environments, delivery of large-scale change, and a pragmatic, empathetic leadership style

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise IT and business transformation within a complex organisation.
Senior leadership experience at IT Director, DDaT Director or equivalent level.
Strong knowledge of IT services, infrastructure, enterprise systems, cyber security, and data strategy.
A track record of delivering large scale change and service improvement programmes.
Experience modernising and simplifying legacy technology environments.
Strong governance, commercial and risk management capability.
The ability to influence at Board and Executive level.
Experience leading organisational and cultural change.
Strong people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute an IT and digital transformation strategy aligned to organisational goals.
Lead day-to-day IT services ensuring stability and resilience while driving longer-term improvements across systems and data.
Shape how technology enables frontline services and embed data-driven decision making across the organisation.
