Job summary

Amazon Ads is seeking a seasoned technical leader in London to manage a team of Technical Programmatic Solutions Consultants. You will build scalable post-sales support capabilities and drive innovation across enterprise advertisers and agencies in the EU market.

You will oversee a team with deep expertise in advertising technology and the Amazon DSP, delivering high-quality technical solutions, training, and strategy sessions to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage IT environments for enterprise customers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Enablers focused on post-sales technical support for enterprise advertisers and agencies.
• Drive strategic and tactical initiatives to scale service delivery and improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and sales to influence roadmaps based on customer feedback.
• Define and track key performance metrics for team effectiveness and service quality.
• Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Technical Programmatic Solutions Consultants.
• Represent Amazon Ads in executive engagements and build long-term strategic relationships.
