Job summary

Carwow is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition to own the end-to-end hiring function as the company scales. You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive headcount planning and budgets, and lead a high-performing TA team with a focus on quality-of-hire and DEI.

You’ll manage employer branding, leverage AI tools and dashboards to guide decisions, and raise the bar on hiring across the organisation as Carwow continues to grow rapidly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a talent acquisition function in a fast-growth scale-up environment.
• Experience building and developing high-performing talent teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership.
• A data-driven approach with dashboards and metrics to drive decisions.
• Confident knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workforce and capability planning – partnering with Exec on capability and headcount.
• Lead and influence executive-level searches, including Exec-level hiring.
• Raise the calibre of talent with structured interviews, scorecards and quality-of-hire tracking.
• Build out talent intelligence and mapping of critical skill pools ahead of need.
• Coach and develop a high-performing TA team and embed DEI in hiring practices.
