Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Head of Business Systems & Security to own the platforms and security program that customers rely on, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato and DealHub. You will shape architecture, governance and roadmaps, while leading a small team and partnering with executives across the business.

You will drive automation initiatives, oversee identity and access management across multiple countries, and steer AI adoption to improve operational speed and security posture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in business systems, IT or BizTech within B2B SaaS.
• Deep ownership of an enterprise CRM, ERP and the integration layer.
• Experience with SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the business systems estate end to end, including data governance.
• Set architecture, operating model and roadmap for system usage.
• Lead security programs including SOC 2 Type II and identity access management.
• Manage multi-country device and endpoint estate and partnerships.
• Drive automation and AI adoption across teams and workflows.
• Lead and grow a small systems engineering team.
