Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Head of Business Systems & Security to own the platforms, security programme, and IT that keeps the company running across the UK, US and Portugal. You will shape architecture, governance and the roadmap, lead a small team of engineers, and collaborate with executives and various business units.

You will drive automation, data governance, and AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency while maintaining strong security posture and compliance across borders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading business systems or BizTech in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on ownership of an enterprise CRM/ERP and integration layer.
• Experience securing SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001.
• Identity and access management across multiple countries.
• Practical AI adoption in workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business systems estate and integrations.
• Set architecture, operating model and roadmap for system usage.
• Lead SOC 2/ISO 27001 programme and security policy.
• Oversee identity management, joiner/mover/leaver and device estate.
• Lead security assurance with customers and RFPs.
• Own licensing, spend, consolidation and renewals.
• Define AI adoption and governance across teams.
• Drive automation to remove manual work and improve speed.
• Manage a small systems engineers team and partners.
