Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Head of Business Systems & Security to own the platforms powering our global SaaS gifting platform. You will lead NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato, DealHub and the data definitions beneath them, shaping architecture, governance and roadmaps with broad autonomy.

You’ll own SOC 2 II and security policy, identity management across three countries, and partner with executives to automate manual work while driving faster outcomes across all business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning CRM/ERP and integration layers.
• Accountable ownership of SOC 2 II or ISO 27001 programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own the business systems estate end to end: CRM, ERP, integrations and data governance.
• Set architecture, operating model and roadmap for system usage.
• Lead SOC 2 Type II programme and security policy governance.
• Oversee identity and access management across multiple countries.
• Lead security assurance with RFPs and due diligence.
• Own tech stack decisions, licence spend and renewals.
• Define AI adoption within workflows and governance.
