Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Head of Business Systems & Security to own the platforms powering the business, shape the security programme customers rely on, and drive the IT landscape across the UK, US and Portugal.

You will set architecture, governance and roadmaps, lead a small systems engineering team, and partner with executives to automate manual work, speed cross‑team delivery, and embed AI into workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems, IT or BizTech leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Deep ownership of an enterprise CRM, ERP and the integration layer.
• Experience with SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 programmes.

Responsibilities

• Own the business systems estate end to end (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato, DealHub).
• Set architecture, operating model and roadmap for system usage.
• Lead SOC 2 Type II and security policy & risk governance.
• Own identity/access management and device estate across countries.
• Lead security assurance with questionnaires and due diligence.
• Drive AI adoption, governance and integration into workflows.
