Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Head of Business Systems & Security to own the platforms and security programme that underpin our global SAAS gifting platform. You will direct NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato and DealHub, define architecture and roadmaps, and partner with the executive team to automate processes for faster decisions across three countries.

You will lead a small systems engineering team, implement SOC 2 Type II and AI governance, and shape how the business uses technology to scale while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems/IT leadership in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on ownership of CRM/ERP and integration layer.
• SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 programme ownership.
• Identity and access management across multiple countries.
• Hands-on with system configurations and deployments.
• Strong AI experience with practical workflows.
• Ability to translate technical trade-offs into business impact.
• Pragmatic buy vs build mindset with broad remit.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato and DealHub estate end to end.
• Set architecture, operating model and roadmap for system usage.
• Own SOC 2 Type II programme and security policy.
• Oversee identity/access management and device estate across countries.
• Lead customer security assurance and due diligence responses.
• Manage licenses, spend, consolidation and renewals.
• Define AI adoption, governance and training programs.
• Automate manual processes and publish impact across teams.
• Lead and grow a small systems engineering team.
