Future Publishing Limited seeks a senior analytics professional to lead the analytics agenda for its multi-brand subscription business across UK and US markets. You will translate customer, marketing, and financial data into commercial strategies, driving acquisition, retention and profitability.

You will work with Marketing, Finance, BI, and Strategy teams, using SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and Google Sheets, while mentoring analysts to build a forward-looking analytics function.

Qualificações

• Experience turning complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Understanding of subscription metrics, including LTV, cohort analysis, and retention.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in London or Bath.

Responsabilidades

• Translate datasets into clear commercial strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Improve acquisition, retention, pricing, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain commercial models in Excel/Sheets.
• Analyze datasets using SQL and BigQuery to find growth opportunities.
• Mentor analysts to build forward-looking analytics.
• Present narratives and recommendations to senior stakeholders in UK/US.
