Real Staffing Group, on behalf of a leading university, seeks a Head of International Student Success on a maternity cover contract. The role leads international student support, UKVI compliance, study abroad and exchange partnerships, and the internationalisation strategy across the university.

You will guide a specialist team, improve student outcomes, and serve as the main contact for UKVI matters, shaping policy and practice across campus.

• Provide strategic leadership for internationalisation across the university.
• Manage and inspire a specialist team within our client's team.
