Job summary

Chichester College Group is seeking an innovative and strategic marketing leader to shape and deliver our approach to marketing, student recruitment and brand positioning. You will lead a high-performing Marketing team and drive growth across our colleges.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will develop group-wide plans, drive data-informed digital marketing and strengthen the Group's brand across campuses, learners, partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing a large marketing team.
• Experience developing strategic and tactical marketing campaigns.
• Brand development across multiple sites and audiences.
• Degree or equivalent in marketing or communications.

• Lead and develop the Marketing team.
• Deliver the Group's strategic marketing and recruitment plans.
