Job summary

Study Group, at the Royal Holloway International Study Centre, seeks a Head of STEM to lead academic delivery, quality assurance and curriculum development in collaboration with the host university. You will drive progression targets for students and oversee pathways, assessment and safeguarding.

The role requires proven academic leadership, HR experience, and the ability to work with international students and external partners to maintain high standards of delivery and pastoral support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a post graduate qualification.
• Experience in HR duties, such as training and recruitment.
• Experience leading internal communications.
• Experience of working with international students.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective academic management across the ISC and coordinate staff resources.
• Update timetables and assessment schedules; ensure compliant recruitment of staff.
• Ensure safeguarding and UKVI compliance in all Centre operations.
• Represent the Centre at partner university events and external meetings.
• Develop relationships with university partners, agents and sponsors.
